If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a request.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of odors, fragrances, or signs of wear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refused items will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All accessories (caps, beanies, bags, belts, etc.)
Size Exchanges
We offer one free size exchange per item. If the size isn't right, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll send you the same product in a different size at no additional shipping cost. This applies to one exchange only — subsequent exchanges will follow the standard return process.
How to Return
- Email support@liberaturs.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and provide a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Attach the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Refunds
- Refund amount: Full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refund method: Original payment method.
Fair Use Policy
We want to maintain a fair return experience for all customers. If we identify patterns of excessive returns — such as repeatedly ordering and returning large volumes, or returning items that show signs of wear — we reserve the right to decline future returns, require additional proof of condition, or restrict account access.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Sale items follow the same return policy as full-price items.
- Liberaturs reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
