Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment.

Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at any time after receiving your order, including if the product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if we are unable to obtain authorization for payment.

Return Window: You may return most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, intimates, or items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@liberaturs.com with photos of the damage.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

For EU Customers: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your home country under mandatory consumer protection laws.

14. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@liberaturs.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.
Arbitration (Optional Clause for US Businesses): Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause does not apply to EU consumers where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
