Shipping Rates

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, and Australia. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays and are estimates provided by the carrier — delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

Shipping Rates

United States — Standard Shipping — $13.95 USD for the first item, $9.95 USD for each additional item — 8–14 business days

United Kingdom — Standard Shipping — £7.95 for the first item, £6.50 for each additional item — 5–8 business days

Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden) — Standard Shipping — €8.95 for the first item, €6.95 for each additional item — 6–10 business days

Japan — Standard Shipping — $6.95 USD for the first item, $0.95 USD for each additional item — 7–10 business days*

* Shipping fees for Japan are calculated in USD due to exchange rate fluctuations. At checkout, the amount will be converted to JPY at the current exchange rate.

Customs & Duties

Our product prices include applicable customs duties. However, we cannot guarantee that local customs authorities will not impose additional charges. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for 14 or more business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
