Our Commitment to You
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Liberaturs gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Be in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

Have all original tags and labels attached.

Be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (e.g., garment bag, box).

Final Sale Items:

All items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during a major promotion/sale event.

For hygiene reasons, all headwear (e.g., hats), socks, and accessories are considered final sale.

Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for the refund to process with your bank or payment provider.

Re-Packaging Fee: A 15% re-packaging fee will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned without its original packaging or if the packaging is damaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this condition.

Return Shipping & Risk: The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Liberaturs is not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Original Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email support@liberaturs.com within the 14-day window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns received without an RA number will not be processed.

Ship Your Return: Securely pack the item with all original tags and packaging, include your order number and RA number, and mail it to the address we provide. Please keep your proof of postage.

Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Please follow the standard return process above and clearly state your desired size in your initial email.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@liberaturs.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos and a detailed description of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
