We offer one free size exchange per item. If the size isn't right, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we'll send you the same product in a different size at no additional shipping cost. This applies to one exchange only — subsequent exchanges will follow the standard return process.
We want to maintain a fair return experience for all customers. If we identify patterns of excessive returns — such as repeatedly ordering and returning large volumes, or returning items that show signs of wear — we reserve the right to decline future returns, require additional proof of condition, or restrict account access.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, and Australia. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays and are estimates provided by the carrier — delays may occur during peak periods or due to customs processing.

* Shipping fees for Japan are calculated in USD due to exchange rate fluctuations. At checkout, the amount will be converted to JPY at the current exchange rate.
Our product prices include applicable customs duties. However, we cannot guarantee that local customs authorities will not impose additional charges. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
If your tracking shows no updates for 14 or more business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
